Career growth or just plain more tasks for me? I'm not sure. In a way i feel good that i might have a chance to be an important figure in the team. But, is this just a temporary solution to something or what? So far, from what i know, everything that's been dumped to me is permanent. Therefore, I'm assuming this is the same. Coordinating and dealing with Production deployment? OK, let me see. There's bug fixing (PR_CR), table change requests (PR_DP) and one more that I'm not too sure of. People to deal with? Test team, the Release Manager and delegating the tasks to support personnel on site. Scheduling the releases, the catch is making sure the dependencies are followed carefully, to meet the online schedule for PRE and making test team happy. Ha ha. OK OK, so there was a bit of misunderstanding from my first day in charged, well you are allowed to make mistakes on your first day right?
