Downtown

Have u've been to Downtown Cheras before? Neither do i. But, on the same night, last Saturday after the big fireworks action, i was forced to go to downtown Cheras. We took the SMART Tunnel, which was a waste in my mind as if i knew where we'd be at that point, we wouldn't have to go thru the tunnel and pay for a freaking RM2.

So anyway, it was like any other night market i thought when i first saw the place. Crowds, lights, booths, nothing special. But then i heard a loud noise, somewhat like someone was singing to a karaoke machine. Yes, it was a karaoke set indeed. They set up this stage and people who loves to sing could just sing to the monitor, whilst pretending there's no one around.

They sell everything you could possibly imagine. Shoes, bags, makeups, foods, drinks, car accessories, flat irons and so much more. It's like garage sales gone wild there. But the best part is that i got this really really cute gift, a small battery-operated fan. Here, take a look at it. I'm definately bringing this to the office next Tuesday. It'd be one of those things to remember the night by.

So anyway, there's this booth opened up for people with sinus where they do waxing-cum-ash procedure thingy. Saw quite a number of people went to give it a try. I'm not ready for something like that. If it involves my face, it's gonna take into serious consideration for me. So i was just there to snap pics of others going thru it.
