Planning ahead

I was just "cleaning" my wallet and found out that it's filled with all kinds of receipts. Not sure how those got in there but they managed somehow. Most of them are receipts from restaurants i ate or those atm receipts. Yeah. More money out than in. Should i seriously start planning on what i spend on? I did planned out on how many i should spend on food, gas, clothes etc. but the plan doesn't seem to work. Plus, i'm SERIOUSLY uncomfortable when it comes to planning on spending. Felt like i'm always gonna be short on money. So far, i'm not complaining yet. I buy things that i'd want (t-shirts wise) and ate what i want. Go where i want and do what i want. It's a good feeling to enjoy what u earn. Right? But i should really be wise on spending. So far i still have some savings. But i'm pretty sure those will be gone by next year since i have to pay for road tax + insurance and all. Damn. Wish i'm still stuck in Uniten. Don't really have to think so much about being responsible to the car.
